Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached.
Please note, returns are not free - you pay for shipping back to us.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I return a sale item?
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

We will do our best to fulfill your item by the date indicated on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations and changes at this time.
However if you've entered the wrong shipping address and your order status is still 'Confirmed', please quickly drop us an email at hello@camelliacountryclub with your order reference number and correct shipping details.
Once your order status has changed to 'On its way', we can no longer change your shipping details as your order would have already been mailed.
What if I want an out of stock item?
Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. We regularly restock selected styles and open pre-orders for sold-out items. Sign up on the product page to be notified when pre-orders become available.
